Today I’m sharing one of my favorite workouts, a 15 Minute Ab Circuit that you can do anywhere and anytime. I’m all about using weights and machines, but I don’t always have time for that. This workout is perfect for those days when you just don’t have the time or energy to leave your house. (But it’s also really great to do outside and you get the added bonus of a little Vitamin D boost!). Everyone can fit 15 minutes into their busy days, right?

This circuit consists of 3 sets of 5 exercises. I do each exercise for 40 seconds with 20 seconds of rest in between. You can either do the circuit straight through, or you can stop to rest for 1 minute in between sets. I like to use the IntervalTimer app for circuits like these, so I don’t have to worry about losing count. Here’s a screenshot of how you should set it up:

My abs were on fire after this 15 Minute Ab Circuit! It was such a beautiful day outside that I didn’t want to leave the park. I stayed a little longer to work on my headstands (a new obsession of mine thanks to Laeh).

I’m still struggling to pike into headstand with straight legs 🙁 I can’t seem to get myself up without launching off the ground. Gotta do more of these ab circuits and increase my core strength!
